VELA is an Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and Guide who creates opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves. Using somatics, psychology, and breath, she offers integral practices that help people attune to their needs and understand their psyche. Drawing on her diverse training and personal journey, she supports people in shifting their perspective to see new possibilities in life and embody lasting change.
